The A-grade Macquarie Links International Golf Club in Sydney’s rapidly expanding southwest growth corridor is being sold as an established operation with major development potential.
The Club (MLI) is a championship-calibre 18-hole golf course on around 60 hectares of land, designed by renowned golf architect Robin Nelson.
It features a 6,300-metre course with modern facilities, such as sealed golf buggy pathways, a 10-bay driving range, comprehensive practice areas, and a fleet of 73 (leased) battery-operated golf buggies.
On the property is an expansive clubhouse equipped with a bar and restaurant, a modern commercial kitchen, and extensive conference facilities for up to 200 people, operating under a hotel liquor licence, with parking for up to 150 vehicles.

It demonstrates established cash flows, stemming from a loyal membership base, public green fees, food and beverage sales and conferencing. Annual revenue is reported at more than $4.1 million, with nearly 20 per cent derived from membership fees.

The Campbelltown Community Strategic Plan 2025-35 records local population of 186,431 and 1.86 million visitors per year, contributing to the $8.97 billion in gross regional product.
MLI is adjacent to Glenfield Railway Station and close to the M5 Motorway. Its site is zoned RE2 – Private Recreation, which could amount to significant development potential in the priority growth corridor.
Vendor on the sale is Zanrush P/L and the prospect of securing such a large landholding is expected to generate strong interest from both domestic and international investors.
“The ability to secure 60 hectares of land in Sydney’s southwest growth corridor, underpinned by a successful golf course and food & beverage operation, is truly unique,” said JLL Hotel’s Gus Moors, managing the campaign with associate Chris Boyd.
An Expressions of Interest campaign on the golf club closes 23 October.
