Clubs SA recently hosted its 2025 Hospitality Trade Show, celebrating the best in South Australia’s hospitality industry.
The biennial trade show began in 2021, with this year’s show proving even bigger and better than the previous two.
Peter Apostolopoulos, Clubs SA CEO told ClubTIC the show was a “powerful reminder” of the vital role South Australian clubs play. Offering presentations, networking opportunities and exclusive samples and deals, the show connected club professionals, suppliers, and industry leaders in a day of innovation and inspiration.
Presentation sessions ranged from banking advice to insights on the ready-to-drink market; clever club fit outs to sponsorship management; and mental health first aid.
“One of the standout highlights was seeing club leaders and suppliers come together to exchange ideas and form partnerships that will strengthen the industry,” Apostolopoulos said.

Overall, the trade show highlighted more than forty exhibitors’ wealth of knowledge and experience across food and beverage, gaming, hospitality, technology and more, finishing with the Cocktail Networking Hour, made possible by wine merchants Samuel Smith & Son.
“For our members, attending the trade show wasn’t just about exploring new products, it was about gaining fresh perspectives, building valuable connections, and staying ahead in a constantly evolving industry.
“It was an opportunity to invest in the future success of their club,” Apostolopoulos continued.

Clubs SA was grateful to all attendees, exhibitors and presenters for supporting the show and looks forward to an even bigger and better 2027 Trade Show.
