Recognised club training provider CTA has been announced as a supplier to the Queensland Government’s new Career Boost initiative.
Officially launched 1 July 2025, Career Boost aims to assist clubs in improving performance, reducing turnover, and retaining top talent.
The initiative will benefit venues that want to invest in professional development but were previously limited by specific course availability.
CTA is an approved Skills Assure Supplier (SAS), bringing over 30 years of experience supporting the hospitality sector, making it well positioned to deliver targeted leadership programs that “strengthen teams, boost performance, and nurture future leaders”.
Its Training Specialists will deliver the nationally recognised qualifications for:
- BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
The qualifications are designed to meet the real-world needs of clubs and hospitality businesses in Queensland, supporting leadership growth across all levels of experience.

Career Boost allows clubs to invest in staff with subsidised qualifications usually associated with higher-level training, creating opportunities to develop leadership capability, enhance retention, and future-proof the workforce.
