Successful applicants of Frenchville Sports Club’s 2025 Community Partnership Program have been announced, reaffirming the club’s commitment to supporting its community in central Queensland.

Half of the twenty-six applications were successful across a diverse range of recipients, including Emu Park Golf Club, PCYC Rockhampton and Queensland Cricket.

More than $20,000 in funding was allocated in this round, bringing the year’s total contributions to around $50,000.

This funding is part of the club’s commitment to an annual contribution of over $1 million in local community support, investing in projects that “uplift, connect and inspire”.

Chairman of Frenchville Sports Club, Graeme Brady OAM, said they were consistently inspired by the local community’s strength and passion.

“With each round, we see the tireless efforts of organisations and volunteers who are working hard to improve lives and create opportunities for others.”

Despite undergoing its most significant renovations to date, the Chairman said the club remains focused on supporting its community.

“We are honoured to be able to contribute to so many worthy projects,” stated Brady.

The club’s 2026 Community Partnership Program opens for applications 1 September, for projects taking place in the first half of 2026.
