The West Pennant Hills Sports Club‘s incoming CEO, Brendon Sacilotto, took up his new role on February 8.
Brendon has worked in the club industry in Sydney for the past 12 years and is motivated by excellence in customer service, member engagement and hitting strong financial targets, the club said.
In his most recent role as CEO of Oatley RSL & Community Club, Brendon led the business to considerable growth and it was continually ranked among the fastest-growing businesses within the sector during his tenure.
He was instrumental in leading that club’s participation in local community charity initiatives and is looking forward to bringing that passion to West Pennant Hills Sports Club.
Brendon is also passionate about innovation in hospitality, focusing on fostering a genuine partnership with Club members and the local community.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and is in the process of completing his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Torrens University.
He replaces Jason Read.
