Up-and-coming amateur Chloe Veeran has scored ‘D-Max’, bagging a hole in one at a pro-am at Bunbury Golf Club.
The promising 16-year-old from Busselton plays off a handicap of one and was competing at the Southwest Open, sponsored by Izuzu, held at the Bunbury cub.
A prize was on offer for an ace at the 17th hole of the composite course, being an Isuzu D-Max Ute, valued at about $60,000.
And after a recent change to golf’s rules, an amateur can win the major prize.
Cameras rolling, Veeran – herself a learner driver – selected a 7-iron for the 137-metre hole, and video captured her running and jumping for joy as she confirmed the successful sink.
A shot of a LIFETIME 🤯
